From the 2nd till the 10th of April in Rome the under 17 Rugby Teams of Italy, England, France and Wales will be starring at the famous 4 Nations Rugby Tournament reserved for players born in 1993. The tournament is now at its 4th edition and allows these players to compete at International Level who in the near future will probably compete at similar competitions but in the  more senior categories.
